Product design & development
Getting the design right from the start saves time and money down the line. 3D Printing for Prototyping & Concept Validation
Before committing to tooling, it pays to know your design works. Our 3D printing capability lets you test form, fit, and function early, so you can refine a concept, run a small batch, or validate an idea with stakeholders before investing in a full production mould. It’s a fast, low-cost way to catch design issues, gather feedback, and move forward with confidence, and it fits naturally alongside our tooling and prototyping services as part of a smooth path from concept to full-scale manufacturing.
Tooling & prototyping
A well-built mould is the foundation of a successful production run. We design and manufacture custom tooling tailored to your product and volume requirements, backed by rapid prototyping to validate your design before committing to full production. This step lets you test fit, function, and finish, catch issues early, and make changes while they’re still easy and affordable to fix, giving you confidence in your design before it goes to tool.
High-volume manufacturing
Once your design is validated, our facility is built to scale with you. With 16 European injection moulding machines ranging from 40 to 700 tonne, we deliver consistent, high-quality production runs across a wide range of industries, from consumer goods to industrial and agricultural components. Our processes are designed for reliability at volume, so you get the same precision and quality on run one thousand as you did on run one.
Assembly & finishing
Getting parts off the machine is rarely the final step. We offer a full range of secondary operations, including trimming, assembly, and packaging, to take your product from moulded component to market-ready item. By managing these processes in-house, we help streamline your supply chain, reduce handling, and ensure your product arrives ready to sell, straight out of the box.
